Yesterday at church we listened to a number of letters regarding Proposition 8 from our church leadership. It was inspiring and a little scary. To think that the minority keeps ruling and changing our laws and seeing a big battle ahead of us to protect our Morality. My dear friend Kelly mentioned it is like being told to eat an elephant in one sitting. But like those in the Revolutionary war, although facing a larger, stronger foe, they carried signs that said "Appeal Heaven". They knew with God on their side they could win. This is what our country is founded on! How far off can we go?!? I don't want to know.
So I am asking that you will appeal Heaven with me, that our voices might be heard, that right will overcome evil, and we will be successful.

Em, I'm with you! I may no longer be living in CA, but the family and friends I have there will know the importance of this... from here I will spread the word and PRAY, that God will help us in this fight for our future.
